This policy explains how Lion's Den Studios LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you visit liondenstudios.com or buy from us.
Information we collect
- Orders. When you buy something, our checkout provider, Shopify, collects your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment details to process and deliver your order. We receive your order details but never your full card number.
- Messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Your browser. The Den remembers a few preferences on your own device (such as sound on or off and the last room you visited) using your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, respond to messages, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and, if you choose to subscribe, send you news about releases. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Shopify (checkout and orders), payment processors, shipping carriers, and Cloudflare (hosting), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when required by law.
Cookies
The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Shopify's checkout and cart use cookies needed to keep your cart and complete purchases. See Shopify's privacy policy for details.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
