Shipping & Returns

Physical orders

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States; international shipping will be listed at checkout when available.

Digital products

Ebooks and other digital goods are delivered by email and on your order confirmation page immediately after payment. If you don't receive your download, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items ship or are delivered on or shortly after their release date. If you order a pre-order item together with items that are in stock, the whole order may ship together on the release date. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Returns and refunds

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Unopened, unused physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Because digital products can't be returned once downloaded, digital sales are final. If a file is faulty or you can't access it, contact us and we will make it right.

Books bought through Amazon or other retailers follow that retailer's return policy.
